Shilpan Steelcast, one of India’s most advanced investment casting foundries, operates two manufacturing facilities in Rajkot, Gujarat, with a combined working area of 7,25,000 sq. ft. and an existing investment casting capacity of 3000 MT per annum. Our infrastructure brings together investment casting, precision machining, assembly, inspection, and controlled production flow to support complex metal component programs for customers across global industrial markets.

With an additional 1800 MT per annum foundry expansion underway at our second facility, Shilpan continues to strengthen its ability to deliver precision cast and ready-to-use components at scale. Across our facilities, manufacturing is planned to support the complete component journey, from wax injection, shell building, dewaxing, melting, pouring, heat treatment, shot blasting, fettling, and finishing to machining, assembly, cleaning, inspection, and dispatch readiness.
